Given the nature of its missions, the Customs Administration calls upon the intervention of an important body of brigades. More than one customs officer out of two works as a brigadier (mobile agent).
The management/staff ratio varies according to the structures.
The share of executives working within the Central Administration (CA), the main decision-making center, accounts for 73% of the CA workforce. Out of the 455 employees, 48 % are women.
